Germisa Sports · Sport recruitment agency
Talent deserves a pathway
We find talented athletes, help them develop and represent them as they move up to the next level.
Who we are
Raw talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
Germisa Sports was created to close that gap. We nurture talent, manage teams and organise events, helping athletes reach their full potential and compete with confidence in a demanding sports world.
We bring the same discipline to sport that runs through every Germisa division: a clear plan, honest communication and a long-term commitment to the people we work with.
What we do
From the pitch to the contract
Talent identification
Our scouts watch community games, school competitions and academy fixtures to find athletes with real potential, including the ones others overlook.
Athlete development
Structured training, performance testing and mentoring that prepare athletes for the demands of professional sport, on and off the field.
Representation & contracts
We match athletes with the right clubs and opportunities, then negotiate fair contracts that protect their interests.
Team management & events
We manage teams and organise tournaments and showcase events that give athletes a stage and give clubs a reason to watch.
Who we work with
Everyone in the team
For athletes
Honest advice, a development plan and an agent who works for you, from your first trial to your next contract.
For clubs & academies
Pre-assessed players with clear performance data and character references, so you can recruit with confidence.
For families
Transparent terms and regular updates. We treat every young athlete's future the way we'd want ours treated.
